As a Consultants he has directed a wide range of studies, offered investment expertise, financial management and organizational planning and management, As an Auditor he has directed the audit procedures, information systems, assets management, capital structure and restructure, revaluation and management controls. As business Consultant his unique expertise over marketing, project investment, joint venture, Technology transfer and project management has been considered an additional blend of unique experience.

He has served over 10 years as Auditor in A.F Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants Lahore 1960-69. He has served over 5 years as project Accountant in Fertilizer complex ( A joint venture between USA & Local business) 1969-74.

He also established Textile made up unit in Lahore and gained valuable experience in export business during 1979-91. Became member of various Business Associations and gained vast experience in business and established valuable contacts in private and public sector.

• Advisor, Board of Internal Trade, Government of Tanzania 1974-76.
• Project Director, of Textile Complex, with head office in Nairobi, Kenya 1976-78. This project was funded by the World Bank.
• Established a Trading House in Sharjah U.A.E during 1979.
• As Director represented over the Boards of various Business and Public institutions, including Chamber of Commerce & Industry and WADA (GENCO’s).

He has participated & represented at national Level in the preparation of Taxation Reform Commission Report and Deregulation Reform commission Report. He has organized International Investment Conference and has participated in various Advisory Committees at Ministerial Levels and International Economic Cooperation’s Committees. Attended numerous Seminars and Workshops in Pakistan and overseas and has widely travelled worldwide.
